The LLC operates this informational and lead-generation website; it is not a physical local foundation repair provider or licensed tradesperson. References to evaluations, estimates, and repairs describe services of independent contractors, not work performed by the LLC.
The articles, cost ranges, symptom descriptions and soil discussions on this site are general information about foundation conditions in the Austin area. They are not an engineering opinion, a structural assessment, or advice about any specific property. No page here can substitute for an on-site evaluation of your home.
Cost information
Any price or range shown is an illustrative estimate of what Austin-area projects commonly involve. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not binding. Actual pricing depends on conditions at your property and is determined by the independent contractor and provided in its own proposal after an evaluation.
Evaluation requests
The current inquiry form validates your entries and shows an on-page confirmation only. It does not transmit your details, deliver a lead referral, book an evaluation, or create a contract. Its confirmation is not evidence that the operator or a contractor has received your request or will contact you.
Any future referral would connect you with an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC. You are responsible for assessing a contractor's qualifications, licensing where applicable, insurance, pricing, and proposed scope. Any evaluation or repair agreement is between you and that contractor alone; FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC is not a party to contractor job contracts and does not guarantee contractor availability, qualifications, workmanship, or outcomes.
